Purpose: To handle customers who say another platform (like Cashify, Flipkart, or Yaantra) is offering a better price and convince them to still sell through Cashkr.

Tone: Confident, trust-building, value-driven (not argumentative).

🗣️ English Version (Training Reference)

Customer: “Cashify (or another site) is offering me a higher price.”

Agent:

“I totally understand, and it’s good that you’re checking all options. Just to clarify — our prices are based on real-time market rates and actual inspection, so they’re always accurate and final.

If you can share the other platform’s final quote (not just the estimate), we’ll recheck it and try to match or beat that price.”

If customer sounds hesitant:

“Also, remember — with Cashkr, pickup is free, the inspection is transparent, and payment happens instantly during pickup. No waiting, no hidden charges.”

If customer insists:

“I understand, totally your choice! I’ll send you your Cashkr quote link again — you can always come back to us anytime. Prices are live and update daily.”

Customer: “Mujhe Cashify par zyada price mil raha hai.”

Agent:
