Team Manifesto

The Team Manifesto outlines how we treat each other, how we show up, and what we believe makes a world-class team. It applies to everyone — from founder to intern.


1. We Act Like Owners

We don’t wait to be told what to do. If we see something broken, we fix it. If we make a mistake, we own it.

2. We Prioritize the Mission

Every decision — big or small — must move us closer to becoming India’s most trusted buyback infrastructure.

3. We Move Fast with Context

Speed is power. But we never rush blindly — we move fast because we are informed and aligned.

4. We Respect Each Other’s Time

We come prepared. We communicate clearly. We minimize meetings. We use async tools well. No time-wasters.

5. We’re Direct, But Kind

No politics, no sugarcoating. We give feedback honestly, respectfully, and with the intent to grow.

6. We Learn Loudly

We share what we learn — wins, mistakes, insights — so others can learn too. Documentation > memory.

7. We Celebrate Progress, Not Just Results

We recognize effort, not just success. Even small steps forward are acknowledged and shared.

8. We Don’t Hide Problems

If something is going wrong — raise it. Hiding it or hoping it goes away only makes it worse.

9. We Trust Until Proven Otherwise

We assume good intent. Trust is the default — but we also hold each other accountable.

10. We Win Together
