1. Customers First, Always

Every decision we take — from design to support — must serve the customer better, faster, and more transparently.

2. Vendor = Partner

Vendors aren’t just executors. They’re the delivery arm of Cashkr’s trust. Treat them with clarity and respect, and demand the same in return.

3. Speed Over Perfection

Launch fast. Fix fast. Learn faster. A version in hand is better than a perfect plan on paper.

4. Default to Action

If you see something broken — fix it, flag it, or improve it. We reward action, not passivity.

5. Data + Gut = Decisions

We use data wherever possible, but we also trust strong instincts built on ground reality.

6. Disagree, Then Commit

Challenge ideas, not people. Once a decision is made, back it fully — even if it wasn’t your idea.

7. No Ego in Execution

Whether you’re the CEO or a new intern, every task matters. Titles don’t build trust — execution does.

8. Document Everything

If it’s not written, it doesn’t exist. From ideas to fixes, make it shareable and trackable.
