Banners

1. What It Shows

Displays a list and grid view of all banners added into the system. Each banner entry shows its image, type, device compatibility, platform targeting, current status (active/inactive), order and slug.

2. Use Case

Used by marketing or operations teams to:

• Push time-bound or permanent offers to specific audiences

• Customize visual messaging per device or platform

• Update or deactivate outdated banners

• Order banner by giving order as 1,2,.. .

3. Filters & Search Options

• Search: Banner Type, Platform, Device Type

• Filters:

  • Banner Type (Regular / Offer)

  • Device Type (All Platforms, Mobile Landing, Laptop Landing, Tablet Landing, Mac Landing)

  • Platform (Web Browser, Web Mobile View, Mobile)

4. Admin Capabilities

• Add New Banner: Upload banner image, select:

  • Date: starting date and expiry date

  • Status: Active / Inactive

  • Banner Type: Regular / Offer

  • Platform: Where it will appear (based on customer touchpoint)

  • Order: Order of banner (eg: 1,2,3..)

  • Slug: banner slug (eg: home-banner, offer-banner)

  • Device Type: Where it will render (e.g., browser vs mobile app). This is valid and available for offer banners only. It will show while adding offer banners.

• Update Banner: Modify any of the above fields

• Delete Banner: Permanently remove the banner

• View Options: Toggle between List View and Grid View

5. Connections

• Integrated with the Customer Website and App

• Placement logic ensures banners appear in correct visual positions based on device and page type
