This orientation program ensures every new employee feels confident, informed, and ready to contribute to Cashkr’s mission from Day 1.


🎯 Objectives

  • Familiarize new hires with Cashkr’s vision, values, and operations.

  • Ensure they understand their KRA, tools, and daily workflows.

  • Introduce team members and company communication norms.

  • Provide access to all platforms, trackers, and training materials.

🏗️ Orientation Flow

1. Welcome & Introduction (HR)

  • Brief about Cashkr’s mission, vision, and values.

  • Overview of company structure and leadership.

  • Provide company email, Slack access, and HRMS login (Petpooja).

2. Policy & Compliance

  • Walkthrough of HR Policies (leave, payroll, grievance, code of conduct).

  • Explain working hours (10 AM – 6:30 PM), attendance process, and reporting norms.

3. Tools & Access Setup

  • HR provides logins for:

    • Petpooja HRMS

    • Slack

    • Eniston (Centerspace)

    • Zoho Sheets (Reports & Trackers)

    • Department-specific tools (e.g., Robin Reach, CX Genie, Ads dashboards, etc.)

4. Department Induction

  • Department Head explains:

    • Team structure & goals

    • KRA/KPI expectations

    • Daily workflows and reporting format

5. Training & Shadowing

  • New hire goes through relevant training modules (videos, SOPs, scripts).

  • Shadow experienced team members for 1–2 days.

6. Onboarding Review & Confirmation

  • HR checks if all logins are active and documents acknowledged.

  • Manager confirms readiness of employee to begin independent tasks.
