At Cashkr, clear and timely communication keeps us aligned. These norms define how we use Slack, conduct meetings, and handle reporting.
🔹 1. Slack (Primary Communication Tool)

Official Communication → All day-to-day communication happens on Slack.

#announcements → Company-wide updates (CEO/Management only)

#ops → Vendor, SLA, order assignments

#tech → Bugs, product updates, testing

#general → Casual, non-work discussions

DMs: Use only for sensitive/urgent matters; otherwise, post in channels for visibility.

Response Time:

Working hours: Reply within 1–2 hours.

Post working hours: Only urgent escalations.

🔹 2. Meetings

Daily Stand-ups (Optional per team) → Quick 10–15 min sync if required.

Weekly Department Meetings → Progress, blockers, priorities.

Monthly All-Hands (CEO-led) → Company performance & goals.

Meeting Etiquette:

Be on time, keep camera on if remote.

Always come with agenda & updates.

Summarize key points & action items in Slack after meeting.

🔹 3. Reporting

Daily Reports (Ops, Marketing, Tech, Sales) → Sent in respective Slack channels.

Weekly Reports → Shared in Slack + added to Zoho Sheets.

Monthly Reports → Consolidated by managers → reviewed by CEO.

Format: Always keep structured (bullets, data points, screenshots/links if needed).

Respect working hours (10 AM – 6:30 PM, Mon–Sat).

Escalations → Follow Team Directory & Escalation Matrix.

Keep communication short, structured, and actionable.
