Team: Store Onboarding / Channel Operations (B2CH)

Purpose:

To verify a newly onboarded store’s details (documents, address, and setup readiness) before activation on the Cashkr Store App.

Tone: Professional, polite, supportive — sound like a partner, not an inspector.

 


🗣️ English Version (Training Reference)

 

Opening:

“Hi [Store Owner Name], this is [Your Name] from Cashkr. I’m just calling to verify your store details before activating your Cashkr Store App account.”

 

Verification Flow:

“Can I please confirm a few details with you?”

 

  1. Store Name: [Repeat and confirm]

  2. Store Address & Pincode: [Confirm accuracy for pickup mapping]

  3. Owner’s Name & Contact Number: [Cross-check with application]

  4. Store Type: (Mobile store / multi-brand retailer / franchise)

  5. Cashkr App Installed: (Yes/No)

  6. Training Done or Required: (Confirm if associate has visited)

 

If everything verified:

“Perfect, all your details are verified. We’ll activate your store on the Cashkr Store App today, and you’ll start seeing order access from tomorrow.”

 

If documents missing:

“I just noticed we’re missing [specific document, e.g., GST or ID proof]. Can you please share it on WhatsApp at [official number/email] so we can complete your activation?”

 

Closing Line:

“Thank you for partnering with Cashkr. Once live, our associate will visit regularly for inspection and collection support. You’ll also get a confirmation message once activation is done.”

 


🗣️ Hinglish Version (For Real Calls)

 

“Hello [Store Owner Name], main [Name] bol raha/rahi hoon Cashkr se. Yeh call aapke store ke verification ke liye hai — activation se pehle kuch basic details confirm karni hoti hain.”

 

Verification Points:

“Bas kuch details confirm kar lijiye:”

 

  1. Store ka naam aur address

  2. Pincode sahi hai na pickup ke liye

  3. Owner ka naam aur contact number

  4. Store type – mobile shop / multi-brand outlet?

  5. Cashkr Store App install kar liya hai?

  6. Hamare associate ne training di thi ya schedule karni hai?

 

If all okay:

“Perfect sir, sab details verify ho gayi. Aapka store aaj hi activate kar diya jaayega, aur kal se aapko order access milna shuru ho jaayega.”

 

If document missing:

“Sir bas ek document pending hai — [mention item]. Aap please WhatsApp kar dijiye [official number] par, taki activation complete ho jaaye.”

 

Closing:

“Thank you for joining Cashkr Partner Program. Hamara associate aapke store par regular visit karega collection ke liye. Activation confirmation aapko message ke through mil jaayega.”
