  • Social Media Executive / Content Writer: Drafts captions directly within Canva after visuals are ready

  • Marketing Manager: Reviews and approves captions within Canva


📅 Step-by-Step Process:

✅ Step 1: Access Final Creative Design

  • Open the relevant festive post design in Canva

  • Review the creative for:

    • Theme/tone

    • Visual hook

    • Product or service emphasis

    • Space availability for text alignment

✅ Step 2: Draft Caption Using Cashkr Format

All captions must follow this 4-part structure:

✍️ FESTIVE / EVENT CAPTION FORMAT:

1️⃣ Hook (First 125 characters)

  • Catchy, emotion-triggering, curiosity-based or offer-driven

  • Should tie in with the festival or event
