Team: B2C Sales
Purpose: To re-engage leads who checked a price or were contacted earlier but haven’t placed their order yet.
Tone: Polite, helpful, and conversational — never pushy.
🗣️ English Version (Training Reference)
Opening:
“Hi [Customer Name], this is [Your Name] from Cashkr. You had checked the price for your [Device Model] recently — just wanted to check if you’re still planning to sell it?”
If customer says they forgot / will do later:
“No worries! Just a reminder — your price quote is still active, but prices can drop anytime based on the market. I can help you confirm your order now so you lock today’s price.”
If customer says they were comparing prices:
“That’s totally fine! Just to let you know — we offer free doorstep pickup and instant payment. If you’re getting a better quote, I can recheck the current rate for you to match it.”
If customer says pickup isn’t available:
“Got it! We’re expanding service in new pincodes regularly. I’ll mark your area for update and notify you once it becomes active.”
If customer agrees to sell:
“Perfect! Let me guide you through placing the order — it’ll just take a minute. You’ll receive a confirmation message once it’s done.”
Closing:
“Thank you for choosing Cashkr — I’ve sent you your direct order link again, you can confirm it anytime today.”
🗣️ Hinglish Version (For Real Calls)
“Hello [Name], main [Agent Name] bol raha/rahi hoon Cashkr se. Aapne apne [Device Model] ka price check kiya tha — kya aap abhi bechne ka plan kar rahe ho?”
If customer says ‘baad mein’ or forgot:
“Koi baat nahi! Aapka price quote abhi active hai, lekin price kabhi bhi market ke hisaab se kam ho sakta hai. Main chahein toh abhi confirm karwa deta hoon, aaj ka rate lock ho jaayega.”
If comparing prices:
“Bilkul thik! Hamara pickup free hai aur payment turant milti hai. Agar kahin better quote mil raha hai toh main aapke liye latest price check kar deta hoon.”
If pickup not available:
“Koi problem nahi, hum naye pincodes add kar rahe hain. Aapka area note kar leta hoon, jaise hi active hota hai hum aapko batayenge.”
If customer says ‘ha bechna hai’:
“Great! Main abhi help karta hoon order confirm karne mein — sirf ek minute lagega. Confirmation message turant mil jaayega.”
Closing:
“Thank you! Main link dubara bhej deta hoon, jab chahein us par click karke confirm kar lijiye.”
