Lead to Order Conversion Script

Team: B2C Sales

Purpose: To convert a lead (someone who checked price on website/app) into a confirmed order.

Tone: Friendly, informative, helpful — not pushy.

🗣️ English Version (Training Reference)

Opening:

“Hi, this is [Your Name] calling from Cashkr. You had recently checked the price of your [Device Model] on our website/app. I just wanted to confirm if you’re planning to sell it.”

If customer says yes / maybe:

“Perfect! I can help you complete your order right now so you can get a doorstep pickup and instant payment. It’ll just take 2 minutes.”

Verification:

“Can I quickly confirm your device details? You selected [Model Name], [Storage], and condition as [Condition]. Is that correct?”

If yes:

“Great! And your pickup location is [Area/City] — correct?”

If pickup service is available:

“Perfect, we have pickup available in your area. Once you confirm, our partner will visit, check the device, and you’ll receive payment instantly to your UPI.”

Call to Action:

“Shall I help you complete the order now? You’ll get a confirmation SMS right after.”

If customer says they’ll do it later:

“No problem, I’ll send you your price link again. Just tap it anytime to confirm your order — remember, device prices can drop over time, so it’s best to lock it now while the quote is valid.”

If customer says not interested:

“Sure, thank you for checking with Cashkr! In case you decide later, your quote link will stay active — you can place the order anytime.”

🗣️ Hinglish Version (For Real Calls)

“Hello, main [Name] bol raha/rahi hoon Cashkr se. Aapne apne [Phone Model] ka price check kiya tha hamare app/website par — kya aap us phone ko bechne ka plan kar rahe ho?”

If yes:

“Great! Main aapka order abhi confirm karwa deta hoon — sirf 2 minute lagenge. Pickup aapke ghar se hoga aur payment instant milta hai UPI pe.”

“Bas ek baar confirm kar lijiye — aapne [Model + Storage + Condition] select kiya tha na?”

“Pickup address [Area/City] ka hi hai?”

If pickup available:

“Perfect, wahan pickup available hai. Hamara partner visit karega, phone check karega, aur turant aapko payment mil jaayegi.”

Closing:

“Main abhi order confirm kar du kya? Message turant mil jaayega confirmation ka.”

If customer says later:

“Thik hai, main link dubara bhej deta hoon. Jab chahein click karke confirm kar lijiye. Bas dhyaan rahe, price time ke saath kam ho sakta hai — best price aaj lock ho jaayega.”
