Purpose: For customers who want to sell their device but Cashkr’s pickup service isn’t yet available in their area.

Tone: Helpful, empathetic, and future-oriented — assure them that expansion is ongoing.

 


🗣️ English Version (Training Reference)

 

Customer: “Pickup is not showing available in my area.”

 

Agent:

“I understand, and thank you for checking. Currently, our pickup service isn’t live in your area yet — we’re expanding city by city, and your location is already in our upcoming list.”

 

Reassure & Record Interest:

“I’ll note down your area and pincode right now so you’ll be notified as soon as pickup becomes active there. We usually expand every few weeks.”

 

Offer Alternative:

“If you’d like, you can still check your device price anytime — your quote stays saved, and you’ll be able to confirm your order once service opens.”

 

Closing Line:

“Thank you for showing interest in Cashkr! We’ll inform you the moment your area is activated so you can get free pickup and instant payment.”

Customer: “Mere area mein pickup available nahi dikh raha hai.”
