Used by: B2B Sales Executive

Objective: To professionally follow up after sending a quotation or proposal — confirm receipt, address questions, and move the client closer to approval or scheduling inspection.

๐ŸŽฏ Purpose

  • Confirm that the client has received and reviewed the quotation.

  • Reiterate value and trust factors (instant payment, data security, easy pickup).

  • Handle hesitation or negotiation professionally.

  • Move the lead toward confirmation or inspection booking.

๐Ÿ“ž Call Script – Quotation Follow-Up

๐Ÿ‘‹ Opening:

“Hi [Name], this is [Your Name] from Cashkr.
I’m following up on the buyback quotation we shared with you for your company’s devices.
I just wanted to check if you’ve had a chance to review it?”

๐Ÿ’ฌ 1. If They Have Seen It:

“That’s great. Did everything look clear to you in the proposal — pricing, pickup terms, and payment process?”

(Pause to let them respond)

If they say Yes, but still deciding:

“Sure, I understand. Just to add, our quotation includes instant payment at pickup, and our team can also handle data wiping with certificates if needed.
We can even schedule a quick inspection before final pickup to make it easier for your internal team.”

๐Ÿ’ฌ 2. If They Haven’t Seen It Yet:

“No worries, I’ll resend the proposal right now for your reference. It should be from my email ID – please check your spam or promotions folder once.
Would you like me to send it again or share it on WhatsApp as well?”

(Resend immediately and update sheet as “Re-shared”).

๐Ÿ’ฌ
3. If They Want Negotiation:

“Sure, I completely understand where you’re coming from.
Our quotes are based on current market resale rates and device condition assumptions.
If you’d like, you can share a counter price or a sample device photo, and we can recheck the valuation with our pricing team.”

(If large deal – offer inspection)

“For bulk lots, we also offer an on-site inspection. That usually helps us adjust pricing more accurately and finalize faster.”

๐Ÿ’ผ  4. Move Toward Action:

“If everything looks good, we can confirm a pickup date and time that suits your team.
We’ll handle packaging, inspection, and payment all on-site — completely hassle-free.”

๐Ÿงพ Closing:

“I’ll wait for your confirmation on the final quantity or pickup schedule, [Name].
Once you give the go-ahead, we can close this within 24–48 hours.
I’ll also keep a priority slot ready for your pickup window.”
