When Used: After the initial contact (Corporate Introduction Script) — used to collect specific information on the client’s device disposal needs.
Goal: To understand the corporate client’s requirements, volume of devices to be sold, and set up a proposal/plan for them.
Tone: Professional, consultative, and inquisitive.
English Version (Official Script)
👋 Opening:
“Hi [Corporate Lead Name], it’s [Your Name] from Cashkr again.
Thanks for taking the time earlier. I’d like to dive a bit deeper into your needs so that I can create a tailored solution for your company. Do you have a moment?”
If Yes:
“Awesome! I just have a few questions to make sure we provide the best service possible. This will also help us determine how many devices you need to offload, and any special requirements you may have.”
Step 1 – Understand the Need
“I’d love to know more about your company’s process of managing old devices. Can you share how many devices you typically need to dispose of or sell per month?”
