Objective: To collect detailed information about the company’s devices, conditions, and requirements — so that a precise quotation can be prepared.


🎯 Purpose

  • Understand what devices the company wants to sell (model, quantity, condition).

  • Learn why they are selling (upgrade, disposal, liquidation).

  • Establish credibility by asking the right questions.

  • Collect all key data needed for pricing and pickup.


📞 Call Script – Requirement Gathering

👋 Opening:

 

“Hi [Name], this is [Your Name] again from Cashkr. I hope you’re doing well.
I wanted to quickly confirm the details for your company’s buyback request so we can prepare an accurate quotation for you.”

🧩 1. Confirm Company Details

 

“Before we begin, could I please reconfirm your company’s full name and location for the pickup?”
Record: Company Name, Address, City, Pincode, Contact Person

 

💻 2. Understand Device Details

 

“Could you please share what type of devices you’re planning to sell?”
(If they reply broadly → go deeper)

 

“Got it. Could you please tell me roughly how many of each?”
Record: Device Type (Phones/Laptops/Mac/Tablet), Brand, Model, Quantity.

 

Example follow-ups:

 

“Are these company-owned assets or employee exchange devices?”
“Are all the devices in working condition, or do you also have non-working ones?”
“Do you still have the chargers and accessories?”

“Would you like us to provide data wipe certificates for your devices? We can issue certificates per serial number if needed.”
If yes → Note: “Data Erasure Required – Certified”

 

📦 4. Pickup & Logistics

“Are all the devices located at one office or multiple branches?”
“Do you prefer on-site inspection and pickup, or do you want to share the device list first for an estimated price?”

 

Record: Pickup City, No. of Locations, Preferred Pickup Date.

 

💰 5. Expected Price / Timeline

“Do you have an expected price range for the devices?” (Optional – helps gauge expectation)
“When are you planning to complete this buyback — this week or within the month?”

 

Record: Expected Range (if mentioned), Timeline Preference.

 

📄 6. Documents & Next Steps

“That’s great, thank you for sharing these details.
I’ll send you a simple Excel format right after this call — you can just fill in your device details (make, model, condition, quantity), and we’ll share a formal quotation within 24 hours.
