Tone: Warm, thankful, short — sounds human, not corporate.
🗣️ English Version (Training Reference)
Agent:
“Hi [Customer Name], this is [Your Name] from Cashkr. Thank you for selling your [Device Model] with us! We hope you had a smooth experience.”
If customer sounds happy:
“That’s great to hear! It would mean a lot if you could share your feedback on the Cashkr app or Google — it helps others trust our service too.”
Closing Line:
“I’ll send you the link right after this call — it takes just 10 seconds to rate us. Thank you so much for choosing Cashkr!”
🗣️ Hinglish Version (For Real Calls)

If customer says yes:
