✔ Sales & CX do not handle leads from non-serviceable zones
✔ Operational efficiency across cities
✔ Accurate mapping of pincodes, areas, clusters
This system controls where Cashkr is LIVE and whether customers can request pickups.

4. Definitions
Serviceable Pincode
Customer can place order → Vendor available → Pickup possible.
Non-Serviceable Pincode
No vendor support → Customer cannot complete order.
Partially Serviceable Pincode
Only certain device types available (Phone but not Laptop).
Cluster
Group of pincodes used for operational routing.
Area
Locality name mapped under a pincode (for customer clarity).
