Purpose:
To inform store partners about ongoing Cashkr promotional offers for customer exchanges and encourage them to promote these offers at their outlets.
Tone: Energetic, friendly, partnership-based — highlight benefits for both customer and store.
🗣️ English Version (Training Reference)
Opening:
“Hi [Store Owner Name], this is [Your Name] from Cashkr. I’m calling to inform you about a new Cashkr offer that can help you attract more customers and close more sales this week.”
Explain the offer:
“Cashkr is running a limited-time Exchange Boost Offer — where customers who sell their old phones through your store using the Cashkr App get extra value on their old device instantly.”

Add excitement & urgency:
“It’s a limited-time campaign — valid till [Date]. We already have stores in [City] promoting this offer and getting great response.”
Call to action:
“Would you like to activate this offer for your store? I’ll just need to confirm your details and send you the new offer poster and communication pack for your counter.”
If store says yes:
“Perfect! You’ll receive the digital poster and app notification today. Just display the poster at your counter and inform every customer who’s buying a new phone that Cashkr is giving an instant buyback bonus.”
If store says they’ll think:
“No worries sir, I’ll send you the offer details on WhatsApp — you can go through it. It’s really helping other stores increase footfall.”
🗣️ Hinglish Version (For Real Calls)
“Hello sir, main [Name] bol raha/rahi hoon Cashkr se. Aaj ek special offer ke baare me batana tha jo aapke store ke liye kaafi useful hai — isse aapke naya phone sales aur customer exchange dono badhenge.”
Offer explain karte hue:
