Store Reactivation Script
Team: Store Onboarding / Channel Operations (B2CH)
Purpose:
To re-engage stores that were previously active (created orders earlier) but have now stopped using the Cashkr Store App for some time.
Tone: Polite, motivating, partnership-oriented — focus on reminding benefits and offering support to restart smoothly.
🗣️ English Version (Training Reference)
Opening:
“Hi [Store Owner Name], this is [Your Name] from Cashkr. I noticed your store hasn’t created any orders recently, so I wanted to check if everything’s going smoothly or if you’re facing any issues.”
If they say they were busy / forgot:
“No problem at all! I just wanted to remind you — even a few orders a week can help boost your new phone sales. Customers really appreciate getting instant value for their old devices right at your store.”
If they mention any problem:
“Thank you for letting me know. I’ll have our associate visit again to assist you and your team with the app or process. We can get you back live today itself.”
Highlight benefits again:

Close positively:

🗣️ Hinglish Version (For Real Calls)
“Hello sir, main [Name] bol raha/rahi hoon Cashkr se. Dekha ki aapke store se kuch dinon se order create nahi hua, toh bas yeh check karna tha sab sahi chal raha hai na?”
If they say busy:
“Koi baat nahi sir, aapko yaad dilana tha ki Cashkr orders aapke store ke sales badhate hain — customer ko instant buyback milta hai aur aapko naya phone bechna easy ho jaata hai.”
If they mention issue:
“Thik hai sir, main hamare associate ko bhejta hoon jo app setup ya process me help kar dega. Aaj hi aapka store fir se active ho jaayega.”
Reassure:
“Cashkr aapke liye daily inspection aur collection handle karta hai, aapko sirf order banana hota hai — simple aur transparent.”
Closing:
