Purpose:
To train store owners and their staff on how to use the Cashkr Store App, understand the buyback process, and manage daily device handovers.
Tone: Friendly, patient, clear — explain step-by-step in simple language.

Step 1: Login & Access

Step 2: Creating an Order

“Whenever a customer comes to buy a new phone and wants to sell their old one, open the Cashkr Store App.”

Step 3: Inspection Process

Step 4: Customer Voucher Process

Step 5: End-of-Day Settlement
