Store Vendor App Usage Script
Used by: Store Partnership / Channel Expansion Team
Purpose:
To train Onboarding Associates on how the Store Vendor App functions, so they can clearly explain and demonstrate it to new vendors who will serve partner stores under the B2Ch model.

To help internal associates fully understand the end-to-end app process — from device selection to final transaction — and communicate it clearly during vendor onboarding or refresher training.
🎙️ Internal Training Script for Onboarding Associates
🗣️ 1. App Purpose Overview
Associate Explanation:
“The Store Vendor App is designed to make the entire in-store resale process simple, transparent, and instant.
It allows the store’s assigned vendor or associate to:
• Evaluate a customer’s device in real time,
• Get an instant quote from Cashkr’s system,
• Verify the customer through OTP and ID proof,
• Complete the transaction instantly via Wallet or issue a store voucher with bonus value.”
🗣️ 2. Starting a New Session
Associate Explanation:
“When the vendor opens the app, the home screen directly shows four options:
Phone, Laptop, Tablet, or Mac / iMac.
They start by selecting the correct device category that the customer wants to sell.”
🗣️ 3. Device Selection Flow
Associate Explanation:
“Once the device type is selected, the next screen asks for:
• Brand (e.g., Apple, Samsung, Dell)
• Model or Variant (e.g., iPhone 13 Pro 128GB, HP Pavilion i5, etc.)
After selecting the model, the app automatically loads a questionnaire to determine the device’s condition.”
🗣️ 4. Condition Questionnaire
Associate Explanation:
“The condition page includes key questions like:
• Is the screen cracked or working fine?
• Are there dents or body damages?
• Is the device powering on normally?
• Are all accessories available (charger, box, etc.)?
The vendor answers these questions one by one with the customer in real time.
These inputs directly affect the final valuation.”
🗣️ 5. Customer Verification (OTP Step)
Associate Explanation:
“Once the condition questions are complete, the app asks for the customer’s mobile number.
The app sends an OTP to that number for instant verification.
This ensures that the quote generated is linked to a verified customer and prevents misuse or duplicate requests.”
🗣️ 6. Instant Quote Generation
Associate Explanation:
“After OTP verification, the app immediately displays the final instant quote — the price that Cashkr is offering for that device, based on current market and condition inputs.
The vendor shows this price to the customer, who then decides whether to proceed or not.”
🗣️ 7. If the Customer Rejects the Offer
Associate Explanation:
“If the customer doesn’t want to proceed with the offer, the vendor can simply:
• Tap the back button or return to the home screen
• Start a new session for another customer or another device.
No failed order or cancellation entry is required for rejected quotes — the session ends automatically.”
🗣️ 8. If the Customer Agrees to Sell
Associate Explanation:
“If the customer accepts the offer, the app moves to the final verification and payment step.
The vendor must now:
• Upload a clear photo of the customer’s ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)
• Confirm that the ID belongs to the same person verified by OTP.
This ensures both identity compliance and payout authenticity.”
🗣️ 9. Payment or Voucher Option
Associate Explanation:
“Once the ID is uploaded, the app asks how the customer wants to receive payment:
1️⃣ Instant Bank Transfer (Default) – processed instantly through the vendor’s Wallet.
2️⃣ Store Voucher Option – customer can choose to get a voucher for the same store, with an extra bonus amount added by Cashkr (for example, ₹500 extra).
This bonus helps encourage in-store purchases and builds stronger store-customer engagement.”
🗣️ 10. Completing the Order
Associate Explanation:
“After the customer’s payment or voucher option is selected, the vendor simply presses ‘Complete Order’.
The app automatically:
• Triggers payment from the vendor’s Wallet,
• Marks the order as completed,
• Generates a digital receipt for both the vendor and customer,
• Records the transaction in the vendor’s ‘Completed Orders’ section.
The entire process — from device selection to payout — is completed in under 5 minutes.”
🗣️ 11. After Order Completion
Associate Explanation:
“Once an order is completed:
• The device is logged under the vendor’s Completed Orders section.
• At the end of the day, the vendor collects all purchased devices from the store.
• Cashkr’s system automatically reconciles the order, payment, and ID record.
This maintains full transparency and audit control.”
🗣️ 12. Handling Errors or Repeats
Associate Explanation:
“If a vendor faces a glitch (like app freeze or wrong entry), they can always:
• Return to the home screen,
• Start a fresh session — the previous incomplete one won’t affect anything.
The app is built for fast, real-time transactions — no pending or half-done entries remain open.”
