🎙️ Internal Training Script for Onboarding Associates
🗣️ 1. Purpose of Incentive & Referral Programs
“Cashkr’s Store Vendor model is designed for long-term growth — not one-time transactions.
Incentives and referrals are our way to reward consistent, reliable vendors who maintain SLA discipline, serve stores efficiently, and help us grow our service network.”
🗣️ 2. Types of Incentives for Store Vendors
“There are three active incentive categories under the Store Vendor Program:
1️⃣ Performance Incentives (Weekly & Monthly)
2️⃣ Loyalty Incentives (Quarterly)
3️⃣ Referral Incentives (One-time)
Associates should know each type, eligibility rule, and payout cycle clearly.”
🗣️ 3. Performance Incentives (Weekly / Monthly)
“Performance-based incentives are tied to a vendor’s SLA and completed order volume.
|
Metric |
Threshold |
Bonus Type |
Example |
|---|---|---|---|
|
Order Volume |
50+ orders/month |
₹500 flat bonus |
Vendor completes 60 store orders |
|
SLA Score |
Above 90% |
₹1,000 bonus |
Consistent punctual updates |
|
Zero Missed Reports |
4 weeks in a row |
₹750 bonus |
Daily reporting discipline |
Bonuses are credited directly to the vendor’s Wallet every month-end.”
“Associates should remind vendors: SLA + volume consistency = better rewards.”
🗣️ 4. Loyalty Incentives (Quarterly)
“Loyalty rewards encourage long-term engagement.
Vendors who maintain 90%+ SLA and zero violations for 3 consecutive months automatically qualify for a Loyalty Bonus.
This is usually:
• ₹1,500 for consistent performers
• ₹2,500 for top 10 vendors in the city
Loyalty scores are generated automatically based on the app’s performance dashboard.”
🗣️ 5. Referral Incentives
“Store Vendors can refer new service vendors or area partners to join the Cashkr network.
Referral Flow:
1️⃣ Vendor shares referral contact with the Onboarding Associate.
2️⃣ If the referred person gets successfully onboarded and completes 10 verified store orders,
3️⃣ The referring vendor gets ₹1,000 referral credit in their Wallet.
There’s no limit on the number of referrals a vendor can make — multiple referrals mean multiple rewards.”
🗣️ 6. Bonus Voucher Program (For Voucher Preference)
“If a vendor promotes more voucher-based transactions (where customers take store vouchers instead of cash),
they qualify for an extra ₹500 weekly bonus once they reach 10 voucher transactions per week.
This incentive helps increase store loyalty and vendor order share.”
🗣️ 7. City-Level Leaderboard Program
“Each city has a Vendor Leaderboard visible to internal teams.
Vendors are ranked based on:
• Order completion count
• SLA score
• Reporting consistency
• Customer satisfaction rating
Top 3 vendors each month receive special recognition in the internal Ops bulletin and a bonus payout of ₹1,000–₹3,000.
Associates should use this feature to motivate vendors to stay competitive.”
🗣️ 8. Explaining Payout Cycle & Timeline
“All incentive payouts follow the monthly reconciliation cycle:
• Performance bonuses: Credited by the 10th of next month.
• Referral bonuses: Credited within 7 days of referred vendor’s milestone completion.
• Loyalty & leaderboard bonuses: Credited quarterly (month-end).
All amounts reflect as Wallet credits and are visible under the ‘Incentives’ tab in the Vendor App.”
🗣️ 9. Common Queries from Vendors
|
Question |
Correct Associate Response |
|---|---|
|
“Do I need to apply for incentive?” |
“No, it’s automatic — the system calculates and credits it once you qualify.” |
|
“Where can I check my incentive?” |
“In the Vendor App → Wallet → Incentive History tab.” |
|
“If a referred vendor quits early, do I lose my bonus?” |
“Yes, only active verified vendors who complete 10 orders count toward referral eligibility.” |
|
“Can I transfer incentive balance?” |
“No, Wallet funds are non-transferable and used only for payouts or unlocking credits.” |
🗣️ 10. Motivation & Closing Statement
“Always end your conversation with encouragement — vendors value recognition more than figures.”
Example:
“Keep up the consistent SLA and order count — your performance directly boosts your Wallet and your visibility on the leaderboard.
You’re not just serving stores, you’re representing Cashkr’s fastest-growing network.”
