Vendor Verification Script (Post Registration & KYC Confirmation)

Use When: Vendor has registered but is not yet activated.
Goal: Confirm all information, ensure KYC & UPI details are correct, and explain activation + credit top-up process.
🗣️ English Version (Official Script for Calls)
👋 Opening:
“Hi [Vendor Name], this is [Your Name] from Cashkr. I’m calling to verify your details before we activate your Cashkr Vendor account.”
📋 Step 1 – Verify Basic Details:
“I’ll just confirm a few details to make sure everything is correct.”
1️⃣ “Your full name and registered mobile number?”
2️⃣ “Is this number active on WhatsApp as well?”
3️⃣ “Please confirm your working area or main pincode?”
4️⃣ “Do you mainly deal in phones, laptops, Macs, or all devices?”
5️⃣ “Have you uploaded your ID proof and UPI details in the app?”
✅ Step 2 – If All Information Is Complete:
“Perfect, all your details look good.
Your Cashkr Vendor account will be activated today, and you’ll start seeing customer orders for your area automatically.”
“Once activated, make sure you check your app regularly and close available orders quickly — faster pickups mean more earning and better ratings.”
⚠️ Step 3 – If Any Information Is Missing:
“No problem, we just need [specific detail — ID proof / UPI / address].
You can upload it directly in the app or send it to us on WhatsApp at [number].
Once we receive it, we’ll complete your verification immediately.”
💳 Step 4 – Explain Credits Before Activation:
“Before you start, make sure you add credits to your account — these are used to unlock customer orders.
You can buy credits directly from the app using UPI or bank transfer.
Once you have credits, you can unlock orders and start closing deals right away.”
💬 Step 5 – Closing:
“Thank you, [Vendor Name]. Welcome to the Cashkr Partner Network.
As soon as your account is activated, you’ll get a confirmation message.
After that, you can begin contacting customers and closing your first few pickups.”

Step 1 – Details:
